PixelPalette provides a free online tool that extracts color palettes from images you upload, along with educational content about color and design. The service is provided free of charge and may be supported by advertising.

- Upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, or that you do not have the right to use;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its servers;
- Use automated systems to submit uploads at a volume intended to degrade the service for others;
- Misrepresent the output of the tool as something it is not.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading an image you grant us only the limited, momentary technical permission needed to process it in memory and return your results. Because images are never stored, no ongoing license is created or needed.

The articles, design, branding, and code of this website are owned by PixelPalette and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to and quote brief excerpts from our articles with attribution; republishing full articles without permission is not allowed. Color codes themselves (HEX/RGB values) are facts and free for any use.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted colors will be suitable for any particular purpose (for example, colors displayed on screens may differ from printed output).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPalette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
